What is your return/exchange policy?
There are no refunds for items purchased from Come Up Seven.
We accept exchanges that are either the wrong size, wrong product, or were damaged when you received them. All exchanges must be in 100% new condition and not washed or worn.
To exchange a product, please send an email within 14 days of the purchase date to returns@comeupseven.com stating what you would like to exchange and why you would like to exchange it. We will then respond to you with directions on how to exchange your product.
How do I know what size shirt I wear?
Our current shirts are made by American Apparel. Please view their sizing charts to determine the fit that’s best for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Approximately 5-10 business days.
Why does the print on my 50% polyester/50% cotton shirt feel rough?
Those shirts feature a water-based ink that will smooth out after a wash. After a wash, the design will feel less like it is on the shirt, and more like it is a part of the actual fibers.
